Singer, songwriter and guitarist who started off
in the Greenwich Village folk scene of the late 50s and early 60s. His songs and
rich voice are popular, and his songs have been widely recorded, with his
best-known being "Everybody’s Talkin’", which was the theme of the 1969 film "Midnight
Cowboy". Others include "Blues on the Ceiling", "Another Side of This Life", and
"Wild Child in a World of Trouble", "A
Little Bit Of Rain" and The Dolphins.
