Otto Kelmann, head of the largest munitions plant in all Europe, is preparing to turn over to von Frank complete control of his vast industrial empire. With such a huge financial base, there's no question that von Frank could become a second Adolf Hitler, fanatically dedicated to the overthrow of democracy wherever it exists. Your mission, Jim, should you decide to accept it, is to stop Kelmann and von Frank.
